These Push Notification Terms ("Push Terms") describe the terms of the QQQTrader push notification program and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The push notification program is operated by QQQTrader (a product of Daily Stocks Inc.) at qqqtrader.com.
1. Program Name & Sender
Program name: QQQTrader Notifications.
Brand: Daily Stocks Inc. (operating as QQQTrader).
Delivery method: Web Push notifications delivered through your browser or device push service (for example, Apple Push Notification service, Google/Firebase Cloud Messaging, or Mozilla autopush).
2. What You Will Receive
The QQQTrader push program sends transactional notifications to paying subscribers of our investment-signal service. Message types include:
- Model status alerts — notifications when our proprietary QQQ / TQQQ trading model's current signal changes (for example, from LONG to CASH or CASH to LONG).
- Account & billing alerts — payment failure notices, subscription renewal reminders, plan changes, and other account-related events.
- Service-status alerts — occasional notices about planned maintenance or major Service updates that affect subscribers.
The QQQTrader push program does not send marketing, advertising, promotional, or third-party-sponsored messages.
3. Message Frequency
Notification frequency varies with market activity and subscriber configuration. Expected volume is approximately 5 to 25 notifications per subscriber per month. There is no guaranteed or minimum number of notifications.
4. Cost & Device Requirements
Push notifications are offered at no additional cost beyond your QQQTrader subscription. Standard data rates from your internet or mobile provider may apply when your device receives notifications. Push notifications require a supported, modern web browser with notifications enabled.
On iPhone and iPad, push notifications are only available after you add QQQTrader to your Home Screen (install it as an app) and open it from the Home Screen icon. This is a requirement of Apple iOS and is outside QQQTrader's control.
5. How to Opt In (Consent)
Enrollment in the QQQTrader push program is opt-in only and is restricted to subscribers with an active paid subscription (Basic, Premium, or Professional). To opt in:
- Sign in to your QQQTrader account at qqqtrader.com/dashboard.
- Open Settings (on iPhone/iPad, first add QQQTrader to your Home Screen and open it from there).
- Toggle “Push Notifications” to ON.
- When your browser or device prompts you, choose Allow to grant notification permission.
Enabling the toggle and allowing the browser permission prompt is the affirmative act of consent. Your device subscription and the timestamp of opt-in are recorded in our database. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time, in any of the following ways:
- Toggle “Push Notifications” to OFF in your account settings at qqqtrader.com/dashboard.
- Turn off notifications for QQQTrader in your browser or device system settings.
- Email support@qqqtrader.com requesting that we disable push notifications for your account.
To resubscribe after opting out, re-enable the toggle in your dashboard settings and allow the permission prompt again.

Examples of the notifications you may receive:
- QQQTrader Signal — A new Aggressive signal was issued: LONG at 525.40. Open your dashboard for details.
- QQQTrader — Your account needs attention. Open your dashboard to review.
9. Privacy
The device push subscription information collected through the push program is used solely to deliver the notifications described above. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Browser and operating-system push services (such as Apple, Google, and Mozilla) transmit the notifications on our behalf. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Delivery — No Guarantee
Push notifications are a supplemental convenience feature. Delivery depends on third-party infrastructure (browser and device push services, operating systems, and internet service providers) outside our control. We make no warranty that any individual notification will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered without error. The QQQTrader web dashboard at qqqtrader.com/dashboard is the primary and authoritative source of all Service output and is available 24/7. 11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner or authorized user of the device on which you enable notifications.
12. Changes to These Push Terms
We may update these Push Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date below. Your continued enrollment in the push program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Push Terms.
